Review coming from a proud ARMY Veteran: Dr. Carrero and his staff were excellent from communicating and scheduling my appointments with the VA and ensuring that my first visit was nothing short of impressive. I walked into a clean friendly environment. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and checked me in promptly. Brittany and Elsa were very informative as they walked me through the screenings and X-rays… they even turned on the massage chair during my screening! Dr. Carrero was very thorough and professional while introducing himself and explaining to me what treatment plans were available for my next appointments. It was very helpful seeing exactly what he was talking about on the Big Screen while in one of the private rooms. During checkout, Kayla also did a great job ensuring my next appointments will be expedited and will follow up with me as soon as possible. Overall, this is a great first impression, I look forward to my next appointments! Excellent in every way, truly leads by example!!!! A++++++++

I went to New Image General Dentistry in Riverview. I got my questions answered. I felt comfortable and confident about the staff and location. The place is remarkably beautiful and clean. I came here a few months ago because I was looking for a new dentist and I wanted to find one that had 5/5 stars across the board. This dentist didn’t disappoint. Dr. Luis knows his stuff and he was calm because I always had a fear of stuff going in my mouth ever since I started going to dentists at a young age. I recommend this dentist.

The ladies at front desk are always very nice and courteous, I love how they know my name when I walk in the door, you can't beat that kind of personalized customer service. My hygienist, Sarah I believe is her name, was very polite and knowledgeable, love talking to her. They always make me feel comfortable and welcomed.
